Their phase composition, dispersity, morphology, distribution of the dopant in the phase of the main oxide, the dependence of the phase composition of the SnO2 powder on the type and concentration of the dopant, as well as the dependence on the indicated parameters of electrical conductivity and gas sensitivity of the sensor material are determined.A technique for obtaining sensitive sensor elements from synthesized powders to acetone and ethanol vapors has been developed. It is shown that the sensitive elements have a high sensitivity (range 0.5-10 ppm) to these analytes already at 200 ° C. Long-term testing of the obtained samples of gas-sensitive elements was carried out. The sensor calibration algorithm for separate analysis of ethanol and acetone in their gas mixture has been developed.
