The new methods for the characterization of 2D-nanomaterials based on atom-force and electron microscopy, infrared and Raman spectroscopy was developed en dapplied. A possibility to use the graphene and graphene oxideasanenhancement support for the enhancement of vibration modes of biological molecules in IR absorption and Raman spectroscopy has been approved. It is obtained the enhancement of signals at 80 times in Raman spectra and at 10 times in IR spectra for the system of graphene oxide - adenine. The influence of the 2D-nanomaterials on the biological molecules (DNA, proteins) and on tumorcellcultureshas been studied. It has beens hownt hat boronnitride does not has cytotoxicity and canbeused for improve the quality of cellsmicroscopicimages, aswellas for sensitive analysis of cellcomponentsmarked by BN using Raman spectroscopy. The possibility of formation of 2D-nanomaterials complexes with antitumordrugs for the rapywasinvestigated. A SEIRA and SERS platformsbased on 2D materials was developed for sensitive detection of biological macromolecules and cells and theirinteractions with ligands in microscopy and vibration spectroscopy.
