By means of the multiscale computer modeling, the influence of the anisotropy of the hcp lattice and the dislocation structure of beryllium, the functional material of nuclear technology, on the radiation defects accumulation kinetics has been revealed, and the possibility of obtaining anomalously high vacancy concentrations at the NSC KIPT accelerator ELIAS cryogenic electron irradiation of strongly prestrained to high dislocation density Be targets has been substantiated. The experimental data of post-irradiation studies of the Generation IV reactors candidate materials, the ARV, MPG and GSP brands graphites samples microstructure and porosity after electron irradiation at the ELIAS accelerator in situ high-temperature oxygen environment have been obtained and the substantial impact of the porosity parameters difference of these graphites on their corrosion resistance under irradiation has been established by comparison with the data for the witness samples in the initial state. Within the framework of the previously developed nonlinear nonstationary multimode self-consistent theory of the terahertz gyrotron, an analytic expression for the starting current of a selected microwave mode was first obtained taking into account the conversion of modes, optimal generation conditions at higher harmonics of the cyclotron frequency were found and the numerical calculations performed optimization of the terahertz gyrotron resonator shape and geometric parameters was accomplished. By means of calculation analysis and simulation of energy balance, heat transfer and turbulent dynamics of a dispersed carbon two-phase flow through a spiral heating element of a thermal-vacuum facility, the energy costs and optimal parameters of the initial material were determined for the realization of a new method for nanographites production.
