In the first clinical group, 29 (50,9%) patients with biliopancreatic diversion Hess-Marceau modification were used as a surgical method for treating morbid obesity, and the second clinical group was 28 (49,1%) of patients with sleeve gastrectomy. The analy-sis demonstrated that the modified biliopancreatic diversion Hess-Marceau provides % EWL at 75% over a period of 3 years after a surgical intervention sleeve gastrectomy provides % EWL at 59,8% over 3 years after performing surgery.
