The paper analyzes the current state of accidents of aircraft of the Aviation of Ukraine as an object of application of innovative technologies in the Aviation system; the possibility of applying an integrated approach in the process of formation and functioning of the management system of flights safety of the State Aviation of Ukraine, which has an innovative character, is considered and substantiated; the foreign experience of risk assessment of the predicted events, the prevention of which is the main task of the existing system of flights safety, is studied; a comparative analysis of the status of innovative technologies in information systems. aimed at ensuring the safety of aircraft flights of the subjects of the State Aviation of Ukraine, is conducted; the main theoretical and methodological directions of improvement of innovative processes of detection of risk factors of flights safety of the State Aviation of Ukraine are determined. The research work is intended for the State Emergency Service (SES) of Ukraine and the territorial bodies of the SES of Ukraine, and to ensure the flights safety of the State Aviation of Ukraine and crews of aircraft.
