The objective of the work is improvement technology of vibrocast alumosilicate product. Research methods are chemical, petrographic, physical-mechanical. The research on the development producing technology of vibrocast alumosilicate (mullite-siliceous brand MKP-50) products with the content of Al2O3 ~ 50 % has been done: has been studied the influence of binding agent (based on aqueous polymeric dispersion) on properties of mass, green-body and fired at 1450 °C samples. According to the complex of properties, has been established an optimal quantity of binding agent (0.5 %), which has been provided a decreasing (by 1 %) of mass's humidity, an increasing (in 2.0 and 5.2 times) of the cold crushing strength of just-prepared and dried green-body, obtaining higher properties parameters of the fired samples (cold crushing strength 93 N/mm2, refractoriness under load 1540 °C, permanent change in dimensions on heating at 1450 °С (+ 0,2) %). Have been made pilot batches of: crucibles for induction melting of heat-proof and corrosion-resistance alloys, revolving kiln furniture and elements of different furnace lining, refractories for glass-melting furnaces. Work should continue in the direction of development of manufacturing technology of vibrocast alumosilicate products with content of Al2O3 ~ 50 %, improving production technology crucibles for induction melting of heat-proof alloys, lining elements, refractories for glass-melting furnaces, and others.
