Methods of research: the use of the system-structural method has allowed to explore the internal construction of labor and social legal issues. With the help of the formal logical method, the terminology apparatus of the studied issues was studied and approved, proposals were made for the development of institutes of administrative, criminal and labor law of Ukraine in the European integration conditions. The comparative legal (comparative) method used when comparing the criminal, administrative and labor laws of Ukraine with the relevant norms of the laws of the EU countries.  The practical significance of the results obtained is that they constitute both a scientific-theoretical and practical interest: - in the field of research - the main provisions and conclusions of the work can be the basis for further optimization of the norms of administrative and criminal law, as well as solving problems of adaptation of Ukrainian legislation to the norms of EU legislation; - in law-making - as a result of the study, a number of propositions on the introduction of amendments and additions to regulatory acts were formulated in the light of the leading European experience; - in the educational process - materials of research work can be used during the pursuit of disciplines: Labor Law, Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, Organization of Judicial and Law Enforcement Bodies, Administrative Law, International Law " Product Description popup.authors А.
