The purpose of the work is the theoretical and methodological rationale and development of models of conflicts in the economy. The research methods are: system analysis, abstract-logical analysis, the theory-game method, the method of dynamic programming. The result of the work is the development of the theoretical and methodological dynamic-equilibrium approach to modeling conflicts in the economy at the sectoral level in order to ensure decision-making by regulatory authorities. Novelty of the results of the work is: the concept of the theory-game modeling of the equilibrium development of the industry in the system of management of the national economy has been formed; the scientific-methodical principles to take into account the consequences of regulatory policy are improved, in predicting the conflict development of the industry based on the modified model of Brennan-Buchanan; the program-dynamic approach to the organizational-economic support for the development of the economy is developed, focused on investment projects, taking into account the contradiction of maximizing the financial function and targeting the satisfaction of socio-ecological and other human needs.
