Information × Registration Number 0218U002710, 0115U001172 , R & D reports Title Development of conceptions, methods and mechanisms of management of enterprises economic activity popup.stage_title Head Sharko Margarita, Registration Date 24-05-2018 Organization Kherson national technical university popup.description2 The novelty of the study is: -development of the concept of organizational and economic mechanism of economic activity management of enterprises, in which, unlike existing ones, preconditions for assessing the enterprise's readiness for innovations, the principles of their development, the organization of the introduction of innovations, the conditions for its implementation, which provides adaptation for dynamic market balancing and improving the efficiency of enterprise competitiveness management; -development of the economic and mathematical model for the introduction of new products into the market on the basis of the developed system of organizational and economic principles of management of economic activities of enterprises, which, unlike existing ones, allows us to determine the impact of economic indicators on the profit of enterprises; -the creation of a scientific methodological approach to the analysis of information data, which, unlike existing ones, is based on the complex use of system and situational approaches and allows for the set of data to be distinguished those that directly affect the resulting value by establishing causal relationships between variables; -systematization of factors hindering the development of economic activity of enterprises, in which, unlike the existing ones, signs of legislative, organizational, informational, investment, resource and personnel character were applied; - Innovative activity, financial and economic status and economic safety of small and medium enterprises from the point of view of scale influence of innovations on profit of enterprises are investigated; -Dynamic model of the process of making managerial decisions on the development of enterprises based on a decision tree is elaborated, which is characterized by a high level of adaptability to market conditions and provides profit growth; -the method of adaptive management is proposed, the goals and objectives (general and private) are proposed for industrial enterprises, the principle scheme of adaptive management and the corresponding sequence of technology implementation in relation to the implementation of this type of management are proposed, the successful implementation of which leads to a decrease in the entropy of the enterprise as a measure of maintaining the stability of the latter factors of a changing environment.
