The purpose of work - elaboration of computer codes of calculation, determination of conformities and parameters of effective separation, dehydration and energy transformation of carbonaceous materials; elaboration of mathematical models of processes in a fluidized bed and utilization of low-grade heat in contact heat exchangers. Research methods - theoretical and experimental, mathematical and physical modeling, numerical and analytical. It is determined that at a start for passing of polyfrequency vibrating screen through the eigenfrequency of vibrations on supporting resilient couplings and reaching stationary vibroimpact oscillations less power of asynchronous electric motor of vibrooscillator is needed in comparison to the modes of nonimpact vibrations of its oscillatory system. The computer code is elaborated for realization of calculation of energy transformation of carbonaceous material and determination of rational parameters of plasma reactor. A study of processes of high temperature (Т>2000 К) transformation of carbonaceous mediums is carried out in the chamber of plasma arc reactor and influence of thermal and kinetic parameters at a time gap of complete conversion of coal particles of different size dispersion is originally determined. An expediency of increasing of temperature of gases in the reactor of compatible type to 3500 К, that stipulates minimum time gap of conversion of carbon at simultaneous influence of convective and radiative heat transfer is proven. Influence of thermal power of steam-plasma stream on kinetics of thermal transformation of carbonaceous mediums in reactors is determined. An estimation of possible ways and methods of management of gas phase molecular structures at thermal transformation in the electromagnetic fields of arc plasma is determined. The new method of calculation of process of expulsing of gas bubble by a liquid in a capillary at preparation of coal for the further processing in the conditions of mine power complexes is elaborated. The method of calculation of parameters of technological processes of the thermal processing of solid fuel in a reactor with a fluidized bed under pressure is elaborated. For the calculation of parameters of the system of utilization of low-grade heat of gas reciprocating units on the basis of noncontact heat exchangers the method and algorithm of calculation of the thermal mode with maximal power efficiency in the conditions of the set limitations on temperature head in heat exchangers is elaborated, and also calculation of optimal thermodynamic, hydraulic and structural parameters of heat exchangers of heat utilization units by the criterion of a minimum pay-back period. The method of recalculation of thermal-hydraulic parameters of porous concurrent steam generators is originally elaborated from the boundary conditions of the second-type for the boundary conditions of the first-type. The results of research allow to create more complete theory and methods of calculation of processes and units of separation, dehydration, thermo-chemical transformation and utilization of low-grade heat at energy transformation of carbonaceous medium. The results of research will be applied to the determination of rational parameters of equipment in power engineering and chemical industry.
