The experimental technology of the process of mechanical alloying of high-entropy alloys with nanooxides of the system 80Y2O3-20ZrO2 and methods of compacting the obtained powders have been developed. From the obtained powders of the ODS HEAs the ribbons were made, on which the structure and mechanical properties were studied. Structural studies have shown that the average grain sizes in alloys of E 3 and E 32 were about 2 mkm, and for E 31, about 5 mkm, Oxide precipitations for all alloys are characterized by the presence of both small particles of about 10 nm in size and large ones (up to 150 nm). The density of oxide precipitates is 1014 cm-3. The composition of the oxides includes not only Y and Zr, but also the matrix elements of the alloys. The mechanical properties of the ODS alloys obtained are studied. Yield strength for ODS HEAs increased by 2 times compared with the initial state, the tensile strength remained practically unchanged, and the ductility was about 20% at a temperature of 20 ° C.
