Different nanoparticles are synthesized and characterized. The electrochemical properties of modified transducers and analytical characteristics of amperometric biosensors before and after modification of the working surface by nanoparticles of metals were studied. The influence of the parameters of the analyzed medium (concentration of background electrolyte in buffer, concentration of buffer solution and pH) on the basic analytical characteristics of the modified amperometric biosensors was thoroughly investigated. The analysis of the corresponding substrates in real samples, namely in wine, with the help of developed amperometric biosensors with a modified surface and additional membranes was carried out and the obtained results were compared with the data obtained by the spectrophotometric method (lactate analysis) (correlation coefficient R = 0,9767) and from the application enzyme set "Diaglyuk-2" (glucose analysis) (correlation coefficient R = 0.9983).
