It has been found that the behavior of strongly coupled spin-vortex pairs has clear stochastical character. Their dynamics is related to collective magnetization from dipole interaction between the vortexes. Standing spin waves in saturated flat permalloy rings were investigated using ferromagnetic resonance technique. The analytical theory, which showed that in perpendicular geometry all resonance modes contain a set of radial quantum excitations with practically the same radial, profiles and frequencies, has been developed.
