The percolation takes place at t~0.81 nm. The comparison of FMR and magnetometry data allows showing that oxide layer with low magnetization is forming on Fe / MgO interface, which results in the decrease of the magnetization of Fe layers. Magnetic and transport properties of granular multilayers Fe / MgO deposited on different substrates at various temperatures have been studied. The magnetoresistance for the films with single crystal interlayers is much higher than that for polycrystalline ones. This difference is related to the effect of spin filtration in epitaxial MgO tunnel junctions. A modification of Inoe-Maekawa model to take into consideration of spin filtration effect has allowed to explain the experimental data.
