Kholodny Institute of Botany NASU popup.description2 The species diversity of lichens, bryophytes and terrestrial algae of the "Goloseevsky" and "Hutsulshchyna" NPP, as well as species diversity of bryophyte of the "Pripyat-Stokhid" and "Dermansko-Ostrohsky" NPP, and Drevlyunsky's PZ, and lichen diversity of the Ugolsko-Shirokoluzhny massif of the Carpathian BZ are established. Eight new sciences of lichens and lichen fungi have been described, one new for Europe and 13 species of lichens and lichen fungi, 2 species of moss, 4 species and 5 types of new algae for Ukraine have been discovered. The bryophytes of "Hutsulshchyna" NPP (204 species of mosses and 54 species of liver) and "Goloseevsky” NPP (155 species) are characterized by the largest species diversity. The bryophyte diversity of the Drevliansky PZ (125 species) has been studied for the first time. The specificity and the rare component of the bryophytes of the investigated protected areas are established. A modern classification of the family Teloschistaceae, including 4 subfamilies and 97 genera, was constructed. on the basis of the results of the revision of the morphological and anatomical and biochemical features of the lichens on a global scale and the results of the tree gene phylogeny. One subfamily (Brownlielloideae), 49 genera and 45 species of lichens are described as new for science. Furthermore 8 genera of lichens and 9 genera of algae, 92 species of lichens, and 19 species and 2 species of terrestrial algae have been described as new to sciences on the basis of the revision of taxa of lichens of the Leanaromycetes and green algae on the world and regional scale. In total, 154 new nomenclature combinations of lichens and algae have been proposed. The results of the critical revision of Ulota crispa and Conocephalum conicum - bryophyte complexes are presented.
