There're made an analysis of main indicators of small agricultural enterprisesefficiency concerning productivity of crop and animal production, structure and size of land use, competitiveness and attractiveness of products, cooperation, economic activity of the population and laborproductivity, social capital, justified the use of promising methods of forecasting, etc. As a result of the research, scientific and methodological substantiation and conceptual provisions for evaluation of institutionalization stateof the resulting factors of agrarian entrepreneurship development were obtained.
