The optimal conditions for inducing the synthesis of recombinant proteins in Escherichia coli have been determined. The laboratory method for obtaining of rhIL7-His and rhIL7-CBD in a soluble form by renaturation was optimized. Immobilization of rhIL7-His was carried out on Ni-NTA sepharose and rhIL7-CBD on cellulose.
