The dynamical magnetic properties of the obtained nanostructures were investigated by the method of ferromagnetic resonance and it was found that the interlayer exchange interaction strongly influences the nature of the dissipation processes in these nanostructures. For the first time, a new concept of thermomagnetic switching in magnetic multilayer nanostructures was proposed, in which the indirect and direct exchange interlayer interactions are combined and competing depending on the temperature. For the first time, thermally induced magnetic and resistive switching in a spintronic device was investigated on the basis of a thermomagnetic switch and a magnetic tunneling transition caused by the temperature effect when passing the threshold current through a specially constructed lithographic structure.
