The energy-efficient scheme of multistage crushing of biomass has been developed. A mathematical model of high-temperature drying of a composite mixture was developed. It has been determined that in order to ensure a uniform distribution of moisture content in the dried material, it is necessary to use multistage grinding with the final disperse composition of particles <1 mm for aerodynamic dryers and ds <2 mm for drum ones. It is recommended on the basis of drum driers on the basis of combining processes of multi-stage grinding, separation after a crusher fraction above 2 mm and returning it to additional grinding. The energy efficiency modes of the tumble dryer performance control with dynamic adjustment of the angle of inclination of the drying drum in the range -3 <B <3 simultaneously with the possibility of increasing the temperature or adjusting the dispersed composition of the composition mixture, which allows you to reduce the amount of heat consumed per kg of evaporated moisture by 20%. It has been established that the composition of the composite mixture with a content of up to 40% biomass with a mass fraction of the fraction up to 0.2 mm up to 30% is optimal when pressed for obtaining high quality compressed biofuels. It has been determined that the use of the stage of climatic stabilization of raw materials due to conductive heating or pre-termovolohistnoy processing of raw materials before compression allows us to obtain biofuels from all investigated types of raw materials with characteristics of strength and density, which meet the normative indicators with energy consumption by 25% less compared to the classical technology pressing. The energy efficient complex of production of composite fuel with a content of up to 40% biomass is developed and implemented, which includes two-stage grinding of biomass and peat into dispersed composition with a fraction of a fraction of 0.2 to 30%, drying to 10% humidity in a drum dryer with the ability to dynamically control the angle of inclination of the drum in the range -3 ... + 3 deg., or aerodynamic with an intermediate stage of fine grinding and thermovolous processing of the mixture before pressing. This complex can have both stationary and mobile execution and provide up to 25% energy savings with year-round work-free operation. Product Description popup.authors Гусарова О.В. Ковалева В.М.
