The purpose of the work is to develop the Draft of a new edition of Section 2 of the "Occupations of Workers", Issue 1, "Professions of workers that are common to all types of economic activities", the Directory of qualification characteristics of occupations of workers (DKHP). Methodological basis of scientific development is the current Issue 1 "Professions of workers that are common to all types of economic activity", section 2 "Occupations of workers" DKHP, national legislation on reforming the personnel system, data expert evaluations of managers and leading specialists of domestic enterprises, institutions, organizations for the study question. The research used such general scientific and special methods as: content analysis, synthesis, expert survey, comparison, systematic approach, expert evaluation, comparison, etc. Practical value. Improved Issue 1, Section 2 of the "Occupations of Workers" of the DKHP will contribute to the improvement of the activities of large industrial enterprises in shaping the ratios in wages of workers, depending on the complexity of their work; during the formation of professional qualification groups in the framework of transition to new systems of remuneration of employees of the budget sphere; in the formation of training programs, courses for advanced training by public and private educational institutions; and will also be useful in solving legal and socio-economic issues related to professional activities. Scope of implementation. The results of the study are intended for use in the practical activity of enterprises, institutions and organizations in all types of economic activity during the selection and placement of personnel, improvement of their business skills, rational division of labor, creation of an effective mechanism for the delimitation of functions, powers and responsibilities between workers, as well as the establishment of modern uniform approaches in determining their staffing duties and qualification requirements that are being put forward to them.
