The purpose of research is development of scientific bases of synthesis of the MF active screening system (ASS), for providing of modern requirements of sanitary norms on the magnetic field in apartments and on workplaces, located near-HVPL. The analysis of the known methods and facilities of MF active screening is conducted and their classification is executed. The mathematical models of three-phase sources and magnetic executive devices of the systems of the MF ASS are developed and research of adequacy of the developed models is executed to the real processes. Theoretical research of the MF space-time characteristics (STC) is conducted in apartments and on workplaces, located nearby different structural implementation HVPL. Principles of construction of the systems of the active screening are developed taking into account the MF STC of HVPL. The task of synthesis of the system is formulated as a task of optimization and the method of decision of task of optimum control is developed. Theoretical researches of mathematical models of MF STC of different structural implementation of HVPL are executed. Experimental researches of physical models of MF STC are conducted for apartments and workplaces near HVPL. On the basis of generalization of results of theoretical and experimental researches scientific bases of synthesis of MF STC are developed. Developed recommendation from principles of construction of MF STC for apartments and workplaces near HVPL. It is first developed and experimentally grounded in laboratory and field terms new method of synthesis of the effective MF STC which is generated by HVPL in dwelling-houses. A method makes scientific basis for creation of scientific principles of the newest domestic technology of diminishing to the safe for a population level of power frequency MF in housings apartments which are located near HVPL.
