A comparative analysis of the efficiency of expression of different types of constructions in different lines of transgenic plants was carried out. For the study of selected transgenic plants under stress conditions, methods of determination of a number of biochemical parameters determining the damage of plant cells were optimized and measurements, such as antioxidant system enzymes: superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase, catalase; level of accumulation of malonic dialdehyde; level of proline release and the total antioxidant activity of the extracts. As a result of the studies, several lines of transgenic potato have been determined, which in vitro showed different from the control plants reaction on stress factors.
