There have been analyzed parameters of the state and dynamics of population structure of major commercial fish species of inland waters of Ukraine. The principal factors which characterizing ichthyofauna as base for fisheries were specified. There were determined and analyzed major factors, which have effect on indices of commercial catch. There have been performed assessments of stocks and acceptable catch amounts for 2018.
