Motion vectors and elements of heliocentric orbits for 296 meteor bodies were obtained using the new software. 670 topocentric positions for 33 near-Earth asteroids (NEA) were obtained including 118 positions of a potentially hazardous asteroid (PHA) named 2014 JO25 during its close approach to the Earth in April 2017. The obtained positions were sent to the Minor Planet Center (MPC). According to statistical data of the MPC, most of the NEA topocentric positions obtained at the RI "MAO" in 2017, have got an index of "h" (hight quality). This means that they have a higher accuracy in comparison with the observations of other observatories. The NEA and PHA topocentric positions in the UCAC4 reference catalogue system have the following mean differences (O-C) and their standard errors: (-0.02 ± 0.21)" in right ascension and (+0.07 ± 0.26)" in inclination for objects of (13-18) stellar magnitude. 241 topocentric positions of 10 comets, including three short-periodic ones, were obtained. In the catalogue system of Gaia DR1, the mean difference of (O - C) for comet positions and their standard errors are (-0.03 ± 0.17)" in right ascension and (+0.01 ± 0.18)" in declination for stellar magnitude of (10-17). 419 topocentric positions for 9 asteroids were obtained in the ICRS system using the GAIA-DR1 reference catalogue. The standard errors of positions are ±0.06" in right ascension and ±0.08" in declination for asteroids of 12-16.5 magnitude. The RI "MAO" participated in the fifth annual International Astronomical Search Collaboration - Target Asteroids. 14 known asteroids and 5 new objects were detected, and they were included in the list of potential asteroid candidates at the MPC. Regular automatic meteor observations have begun with the help of four telescopes at the site of the RI "MAO", as well as at two base stations located at distances of 11.8 km and 100 km from the observatory. Each base station has two telescopes. An array of observations, containing more than 7000 video files in V8 format, has been accumulated. Software for determining elements of meteoroid orbits was upgraded. Monte-Carlo method was used to evaluate the errors of orbital elements. Radio observations of meteors have been carried out using the method of reflected signals from over-the-horizon radio stations (FM, Frequency Modulation). Registration of reflections was carried out using three radio paths: Kielce-Mykolaiv (88.2 MHz), Istanbul-Mykolaiv (88.2 MHz), Budapest-Rivne (94.8 MHz). 117544 meteoric echoes were registered. The average number of registrations is 14 ± 3 echoes/hour.
