The study included 150 COPD patients in combination with IHD and the presence of OSAS (COPD + IHD + OSAS): 108 men and 42 women, whose mean age was 64.57 ± 9.3 years. The features of the clinical state of patients with COPD and concomitant IHD in the presence of OSAS have been studied. We optimized the scheme of physical rehabilitation in patients with COPD in combination with IHD, with the inclusion of physical exercises aimed at changing the symptoms of OSAS. The character of cardiac rhythm disturbances, parameters of cardiohemodynamics and features of atherosclerotic lesions of carotid arteries in patients with COPD and IHD with the presence of OSAS were studied. Were conducted a comparative analysis of the severity of clinical hemodynamic disorders in this category of patients, depending on the choice of baseline bronchodilators. The prevalence of the syndrome of obstructive sleep apnea / hypopnea among patients with COPD and IHD has been determined. The most effective methods of medical and non-medicamental correction of respiratory function in patients with COPD and IHD suffering from OSAS were suggested. The influence of the developed treatment and rehabilitation measures on the nature of the course of pathology, the quality of life of patients, the indices of cardiohemodynamics and the severity of manifestations of OSAS in patients with comorbid pathology are estimated.
