An automatic control system for the main parameters of the process of boiling the nano liquids has been implemented. Thanks to this, it was possible to achieve high reproduction rates of the experiment. New carbon-containing nanofluids (NFs) have been developed by stabilizing carbon nanotubes (CNTs) and thermographenites using aqueous nanodispersions of natural aluminosilicates. The method is based on the colloid-chemical phenomenon of heterocoagulation, hydrophilization and electrostatic stabilization of carbon particles. It is shown that maximum stabilization can only be achieved under certain conditions and ratios of components involved into the interaction. It was established that the new method ensures not only high sedimentation stability of the NFs, but also the stability of the NFs to the boil, which was not observed when stabilizing by the PAV. The efficiency of the method and the stability of the NFs obtained with its help depends on the crystalline structure of the stabilizing particles and the electrical topography of their surface. The boiling of new NFs in conditions of forced convection on the created circulating booth was investigated. The obtained values of the critical heat flux and the heat transfer coefficient considerably exceed those which are observed at free convection. Product Description popup.authors Бондаренко Б.І.
