Its preliminary and acceptance tests were conducted in comprise of pilot plant for steam-plasma conversion of carbonaceous raw materials. Demonstration cycles of gasification of carbonaceous raw materials (in the mode of semi-mechanized loading) on the example of wood pellets and sewage sludge of the Ivano-Frankivsk water treatment station were conducted. In both cases, high-quality synthesis gas was obtained. In the latter case, it has the following composition: H2 - 51.2%; СО - 25,8%; CO2 - 12.3%; CH4 - 10.7%, which is quite suitable as a fuel for gas-diesel power plants. This will ensure the high energy efficiency of the operation of the gasifier by producing of additional electricity. It is shown, that achievement of the expected performance and qualitative work of the reactor module will be possible only in the event of a transition to a mechanized loading of raw materials, which will provide the stabilization of the heat engineering performance.
