The work purpose is the scientific substantiation, development and introduction of innovative health technologies of physical education to attracting people to various forms of physical activity and improve health. Research methods: theoretical analysis and generalization of data of scientific and methodological literature, pedagogical observation, questionnaire survey, pedagogical testing, anthropometry, biomedical testing, methods for determining the level of health, the timing of human activities, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics. The conducted studies give a scientific result : - first scientifically based modern innovative technologies for the use of funds to Cerdans elements and sports dances, which include: the tools of choreography, and musical-rhythmic training in various forms of fitness classes with the physical condition of children of primary school age; - first developed the technique of use of means of capoeira as a new kind of fitness, during health class with boys of 15-16 years, which includes: basic technical elements, acrobatics and Florea; - first theoretically grounded technology of formation of value attitude of students to physical culture in the process of self-study, which is aimed at attracting students to the different types of motor activity, structural components of which are: background, objective, tasks, principles of physical education, stages of formation of motivation to self-employment by physical culture, the criteria of readiness and efficiency of the self-study; - first developed the concept of psycho-physical training of students of railway higher education institutions in the process of physical education, which includes background, objective, implementation principles, organizational-pedagogical conditions, stages of implementation, the components of readiness for professional activities, performance criteria; - develop an integrated approach for the use of means of physical culture improving orientation, which includes elements of system "Pilates" program "port de bras" and athletic gymnastics for women the second period of Mature age; - the theoretical and functional model for improving the production of physical culture, basic methodological principles, components of physical activity, conditions of its implementation depending on the structure of enterprises; - supplemented by data on the level of theoretical-methodological, physical preparedness, physical development and health status of various population groups.
