The purpose of the research is to investigate the processes of multi-stage formation and development in time and space of seismic impulses of various nature, including explosive ones for developing a hazard criterion with regard to early forecasting of sudden release of coal or rock, development of hardware complex schemes for remote monitoring and control of elastic vibrations and acoustic impulses, stimulated by dynamic processes and development of innovative seismic-safe technologies and Use of explosion energy in the development of karst massifs of rocks in gypsum quarries of Ukraine. A detailed analysis of the current state of the methods of seismic determination of rock emissions in coal mines and the use of instrumentation systems for their prediction is carried out. A method has been developed to increase the reliability of assessing the stressed state of rocks by recording the parameters of the velocity of oscillation of soil particles excited by shaking explosions, close to those dangerous for the release of coal or rock, which increases the safety of mining. A scheme of the hardware complex is developed that allows remote monitoring and control of elastic vibrations and acoustic pulses excited by dynamic processes that occur within the coal seam and rock. The laws governing the change in the seismically safe mass of the explosive charge in the group for the first time are established, depending on the distance from the explosion site to buildings located both above the karst cavities and without them, under conditions where the karst cavity is above the lower boundary line of the compressible stratum NGST). On the basis of the results of analytical and industrial research, the task of seismic safety of drilling and blasting operations in conditions of karstic rock massifs to ensure acceptable seismic loads both on the soil base at the base of the surface building and static ones, from the pressure of its mass to the karst cavity under the building, is solved. The implementation of the research results confirmed their reliability. The expected economic effect from the introduction in the conditions of gypsum quarries of OC Ivano-Frankovsk, Skala-Inter LLC and Szeretskiy quarry of Nikolayevcement OC recommendations for the safe conduct of blasting operations near residential areas is 1165560.6 UAH.
