The thickness of dielectric layer was about 0.7 - 0.8 µm and surface roughness about 20 - 25 nm. It was established that regulation of polymer molecule size by its plasticization permit to control the intensity and completeness of flocculation processes and the sizes of structural elements. It was found that screen-printing pastes should be "rheopexic - thixotropic" over definite time scale range with rheopexy degree from 1.5 to 0.5 kPа/s and thixotropy degree more than 1.5 kPа/s. The formation methodology of "green" films based on barium titanate nanopowder by tape casting was developed. The film's thickness was about 300 nm and surface roughness was about 24 nm.
