For the first time, a diagram of the state of the double system ZrO2-NiO was constructed and the isothermal sections of the diagram of the Al2O3-ZrO2-NiO system at 1250 and 1550 ° C were plotted. For the first time, the combined method of hydrothermal synthesis / mechanical mixing for producing of nanodispersed powders of the ZrO2-Y2O3-CeO2-Al2O3-CoO system, both on the basis of ZrO2 and on the basis of Al2O3 was developed. Features of variation of the physo-chemical powders properties during heat treatment in the rang 400 - 1450 oC were investigated. The sintering singularities of ZTA-composites, produced from powders, heat-treated at different temperatures were investigated. It was first established that CoAl2O4 does not reduce the stability of ZrO2-based composites to aging. The ZrO2-based powders were used to design billets for jewelry, while powders based on Al2O3 were used to produce rings of sealants for ceramic armor fillers. The resulting ZrO2-based powders are used to create billets for jewelry, while powders based on Al2O3 are used to produce sealing ringі for pumps and ceramic armor fillers.
