The original principle of modeling the kinetics of crystallization proposed in the report provides for the adaptation of the model to complex transformations that are of a competitive nature, simplifies the algorithm for calculating the microstructural parameters of rapidly quenched materials, and provides the possibility of predicting thermal regimes by the formation of micro-, nanocrystalline and amorphous structures. New polymer composite materials (PCM) have been developed for the needs of the defense industry. Complex researches of interrelations between structure, structure and properties of materials are carried out, and also new and improved existing technological processes are created. The test batches of the ball bearings of the BMP armored turret were manufactured and their operational tests were carried out. Developed armored personal protection from PCM, conducted experimental studies in accordance with state standards, which allowed to establish a qualitative combination of components and achieve a positive result (materials corresponding to the 2nd class of protection).
