The purpose is the establishment of modern mechanisms of technical improvement of researchs of transcontinental seasonal migrations of birds on the Azov-Black Sea coast of Ukraine with help of radar observations and implementing the obtained results in economic and social spheres.The methods of research are systematization of research material, analytical evaluation, system forecasting, processing and simulation of scientific data, using of original software, adaptation of methods. For the first time for Ukraine, the study of biodiversity is based on the latest technologies, based on using of mobile radar systems for surveing of birds transcontinental migration. An integrated scheme for adaptation of radar studies of migration in the previously developed regional observation system of bird migrations in the Azov-black sea coast of Ukraine was created. It includes the registry of monitoring observation points for further radar studies of transcontinental migrations, with taking into account the major migration corridors, which intersect on the Azov-black sea coast. The implementation of the projects results is connected with creation of complex of software products, based on client-server technology that will help to create an objective information database of birds migration, which with the help of computer simulation makes possible to estimate the impact of man-made objects .
