Differentiation of promising lines, varieties, hybrid and hybrid-mutant populations into high, medium and low heat resistant after-effects of (+57...+58 °C) temperature was established. A positive correlation between the yield and seed germination after the effect of temperature stress was found. Valuable breeding material with sufficient level of expression of traits of adaptability and productivity was identified. Heat-resistant and drought-tolerant varieties of winter wheat: Svitanok Myronivskyi, Estafeta myronivska were distinguished.The methodical recommendations "Methods of selection of heat-resistant and drought-tolerant breeding material of winter bread wheat (Triticum aestivum L.)" were developed.
