To work out the mobile system of acoustic localization in space for movable objects: aircrafts, UAV, sources of gunshot. Basic tasks: 1) define and substantiate the set of reliable indexes that characterize the acoustic parameters of aircrafts and UAV, create the base of these localization objects; 2) work out the methods of analysis of information on localization of aircrafts, UAV, sources of gunshot on acoustic parameters; 3) investigate influence of fluctuations of amplitude and phase of sound-waves from the objects of localization at their propagation in the real atmosphere; 4) work out a technical project, specification of the prototype of localization system for aircrafts and UAV in the ground layer of atmosphere; 5) make the prototype of acoustic localization system in space for aircrafts and UAV; 6) test and implement changes in the construction of the prototype of localization system for aircrafts and UAV. Research methods and apparatus. Researches were conducted by the analysis of results of the signals got as a result of spectral and cross-correlation methods application. For research measuring chains are used including: - recording analyzer of vibroacoustic signals "SPECTRAN" - microphone B&K 4144, №818378; - microphone preamplifier B&K 2619 №418275; - frequency analyzer B&K 2120 №496190. During realization of researches measuring of acoustic properties of UAV was used in the conditions of the free acoustic field (Buzova aerodrome), and also in the diffuse field (reverberation chamber of National aviation university). For determination of acoustic power of UAV a reverberation chamber and reference source of sound B&K 4204 №820138 was used. A reverberation chamber that answers the requirements of ДСТУ ISO 354:2007 (Certificate № 22-0402 from 01.09.2016) allows to get the reliable results for noise characteristics in the range of frequencies 63 - 16000 Hz. A reverberation chamber has a volume of 173 m3, the area of limiting surfaces equals 180,6 m2. A measuring acoustic equipment passed metrological check in Укрметртестстандарт. The next theoretical and practical results are got based on the conducted research results within the framework of research : o Experimental setup is designed for localization of objects based on acoustic parameters, the new method of determination of spectral and total characteristics of noise of small-sized UAV and impulsive sources of noise is offered. Data base of typical characteristics of aircrafts and UAV noise is formed based on the results of experimental researches with the application of proposed method. o Worked out new methodology that allowed to set efficiency of mufflers of small-arms. o Program for moving objects localization is worked out on the basis of the elaborated method of aircrafts and UAV localization, spectral and cross-correlation analysis of acoustic signals with the use of spatial wideband ambiguity function. o The results of researches are inculcated in laboratory works of disciplines "Acoustic monitoring of environment", "Methods and facilities of biosphere protection". In particular, in laboratory work "Principles of monitoring of aviation noise". The novelty of work consists in the following: - The effective methods of acoustic localization of aircrafts and UAV are offered based on the research results of existing methods of sound information processing. These are the method with the use of wideband ambiguity function and method of phase correlation maxima determination. These methods allow to work out the algorithms of spatial localization in diffuse and free acoustic fields. The error of determination of noise source coordinates in the diffuse field does not exceed 4%. - A new experimental setup is designed for localization of objects based on acoustic parameters. The new method for determination of spectral characteristics of noise small-sized UAV is offered. - Algorithms for determination of acoustic UAV noticeability distance in the real conditions of exploitations are formed for the first time. These allow to define influence of meteorological parameters of environment on possibility of localization of these objects based on their acoustic parameters. Application domain. The use of method of localization is important at the decision of military tasks aimed on in time detection and counteraction to UAV, gunshots, and also monitoring of aviation noise in the vicinity of airports, state borders and special objects of Ukraine. Acoustic localization of UAV has important value for the ecological monitoring of noise in the vicinity of civil and military airports, and also for providing of flight safety and counteraction to unauthorized flights of small-sized UAV in the vicinity of airports.
