The components of formation of pedagogical experience as target benchmarks of its monitoring, the structure of the system of stages of theoretical and methodological ascent to the quality of pedagogical education, structural components of the quality of pedagogical education as a result on the theoretical level are determined. The complex of methods of monitoring the quality of formation of pedagogical experience has been developed, the effectiveness of functioning of the system of monitoring the quality of pedagogical education at the institutional level has been developed and experimentally tested. The model of the quality of the national pedagogical education as a component of the strategy of its development in the conceptual plan, the conceptual model of monitoring technologies in pedagogical education (the aspect of teacher training in higher education institutions) is substantiated. Discussion of the developed strategy of pedagogical education development in the leading pedagogical universities of the country, institutes of postgraduate education is discussed.
