An aim of work is determination of necessary complex of events for optimization of presentation of results of scientific researches in the different groups of journals on the separations of NAS of Ukraine in the context of introduction of modern standards of bases taking into account progress of home scientific periodicals trends, by the use of modern information and publishing technologies. A research method is an analysis of the state of presentation of academic editions on principles of typology and statistical researches and preparation on the basis of their results of analytical materials; permanent complex monitoring of the state and progress of electronic resources of scientific periodicals trends; comparative analysis. A multistage monitoring of presentation is continued in the electronic environment of scientific journals of NAS of Ukraine in a network the Internet. Support of functioning and filling are carried out on-line of the system of vehicle in relation to the publishing products of NAS of Ukraine, including filling of the annotated e-catalogs of book and periodic editions and web-resource of PH "Akademperiodyka" of NAS of Ukraine. On the basis of the executed work Methodical recommendations of "Question of guard of copyright are celled for edition of scientific editions" in relation to the questions of guard of copyright and application of licenses of open access for placing of scientific magazines in an electronic environment. The analysis of publishing products of NAS of Ukraine became the practical result of this work with the aim of introduction of conception of forming and development of electronic resources of scientific journals for effective presentation of academic publishing products. It is necessary for the improvement of co-ordination and research and information providing of all researches in NAS of Ukraine on the basis of front-rank of informatively-communication technologies. An effective management in the field of scientific periodicals can come true only taking into account modern requirements to registration of materials and on the basis of results of monitoring of publishing process, analysis of the systems of internal and external parameters of editions.
