Research purpose – to determine the unified procedure for documents creation, processing, and applying after having researched core technological processes in administrative information documenting and documents flow organizing by legal entities of the private law; to investigate the peculiarities of administrative information documenting by legal entities of the private law. Research methods – questionnaire, comparative analysis, scientific analysis and synthesis, modeling, structural-functional analysis, generalization. In accordance to the research results, for the first time in Ukraine were prepared methodological recommendations to develop the manual for legal entities of the private law to upgrade the rational preparation and application of the instruction on records management by legal entities of the private law. Implementation of the guidelines is to provide the law framework and the unified procedure to develop regulatory documents on records management by the legal entities of the private law.
