Research methods – common scientific methods: heuristic, method of system analysis and synthesis of scientific research; special methods: archival studies, the method of modeling the information process, etc. Results and their novelty – As a result of the research, approaches to the acceptance-transmission of documents in electronic form for storage to the archival institution are comprehensively and scientifically substantiated and summarized. The research is conducted in Ukraine for the first time. Implementation – the implementation of the developed Methodology is planned by its approval by the State Archival Service and made public on the website of the State Archival Service and the URIAARK. Application scope – the state archives of Ukraine. Research significance – the research results are to determine the basic technologies for the archives compiling with documents in electronic form from archives compiling sources and to implement the methodology for these technologies application in the archives of Ukraine.
