Purpose of the research - is the development of the scientific foundations of multicriteria analysis, research of the interrelationships "consist - technology - structure - properties", which are described by experimental statistical models for creating new-generation building composites with special properties and based on low-energy and environmentally safe promising technologies.Research methods: To analyze the process of structure formation, the methodical methods that contribute to the in-depth solution of research problems are selected and adapted. A variant of a stepwise composite planning of a series of experiments is proposed that allows analyzing the properties of disperse systems and materials at the stage of their preparation, setting and hardening on the basis of the relationship by type "consist - technology - structure - properties". To regulate the quality of the complex-activated composite on a silicate matrix, an analysis was made of the relationship of properties with the structure parameters, composition, and hardening regimes according to experimental statistical models. Methodical methods that contribute to the in-depth solution of research problems are selected and adapted. Developed methods of multi-criteria optimization with the use of a phased reduction factor space on the basis of the analysis of the correlation between the characteristics of the structure and a set of quality criteria. The generalization of the results of experimental statistical modeling provided a new information that was difficult to access in the field experiment for making technological decisions. The obtained results allowed to expand the methodology and methods of computer material science, deepen and supplement the known knowledge of processes and phenomena in construction materials science, allow introducing a wider use of computer material science in the development of progressive modern building materials and computerize industrial production in order to improve the quality of products and save energy.
