In carrying out scientific research and experimental design work methods of system analysis, morphological analysis and methods of system design were used. Theoretical and practical results and their novelty: - for the first time, a morphological analysis of the requirements of authentication guarantees was made and a system of requirements for guaranteeing authenticity for Ukraine was proposed; - a model, architecture and functional scheme of the Integrated Electronic Identification System of Ukraine was proposed; - developed ontological models for the field of electronic identification and electronic confidential services, which allowed to compare the regulatory framework of the EU, Ukraine, as well as the provisions of European and international standards; - proposed the strategy of electronic identification of Ukraine, which introduces the strategic direction of the development of electronic identification technologies in Ukraine, the principles of electronic identification in Ukraine, and the implementation of which allows creating an electronic identification infrastructure for Ukraine.
