Such a scheme of construction of the network allows to significantly reduce the capital costs of its creation, as well as reduce operating costs in the process of its operation. A method for determining the values of the parameters of the OFDMA signal of a new generation radio communication equipment is developed for ensuring reliable communication between the receiver and the transmitter of OFDMA signals. Principles and methods of optimal design of elements of a total-difference converter (TDC) with the account of deterministic and random deviations of their parameters from nominal values are investigated and developed, and the development and experimental verification of the methods of optimization of elements of the converter, namely: phase rotators, directed couplers on dielectric waveguides, transitions to dielectric waveguides in the terahertz range, determination of the conditions for the use of the indicated elements for the realization of the TDC of the terahertz range with a high identity of the partial channels. The technical solution of the ultrahigh-frequency detector on the DDC in the frequency ranges of 118-180 GHz, 175-270 GHz was implemented and the correct application of the principles of system integration of the radio-electronic devices of the terahertz range on the basis of wavelengths was experimentally confirmed. The advantages of using dielectric waveguides for the creation of terahertz range radio systems are proved. Research methods - decomposition method, the theory of chains and the Maxwell equation, monopulse reception for the purpose of obtaining three signals, modeling and optimization of phase control devices on dielectric waveguides, modeling and optimization of directional couplers on dielectric waveguides, effective dielectric permittivity. The scope of application - the functional modules of radio frequency paths developed on the basis of dielectric integrated circuits of the frequency range 160-180 GHz will be applied in the system of broadband multimedia radio access of telecommunication systems.
