Purpose - To increase the effectiveness of integrated treatment and improve the quality of life of patients with breast cancer by developing new neoadjuvant treatment techniques. The direct and long-term results of treatment of patients with breast cancer with the use of standard and developed new methods of neoadjuvant polychemotherapy have been analyzed. A comparative analysis of the obtained results suggests that the advantage of modified chemo-radiation therapy and selective intra-arterial polychemotherapy compared with standard systemic polychemotherapy is a clear advantage. The use of system selective NPHT in the treatment of edema forms of breast cancer has allowed to increase the number of cases (complete by 4.2% and partial regression of the tumor by 18.3%) and reduce the rate of progression of the disease by 13.2%. The developed method of system-selective NPHT allowed to carry out radical surgical intervention in more than half of the patients of the main group with NRHZ due to the high rate of regression of the tumor. The developed technique allowed for radical surgical intervention to be performed by more than half of the patients in the main group due to the high rate of partial regression of the tumor. The developed method of treatment of patients with locally advanced breast cancer with the use of system-selective neoadjuvant polychemotherapy using magnetic therapy contributes to a significant increase in the objective response of the tumor to treatment (it allows to increase by 17.4% the number of cases of full and partial regression of the primary tumor according to the criteria RECIST). Conducting neoadjuvant system-selective polychemotherapy with the use of magnetothermy allows to increase the percentage of conducting organ-saving surgical interventions by 11.5%, and 12.5% ??of patients undergo reconstructive-restoration operations. Addition of MT to NPHT has allowed to increase the overall survival rate of 3-year-olds with IBD-IBI stages by 7.5% (p <0.05) and 5 years at 14.6% (p <0.05). It has been proved that conduction of neoadjuvant radiation therapy against the background of the radiopharmaceuticals tegafur improves the response of the tumor to the treatment, significantly increasing the number of partial (37.3%) and complete (by 4,05%) regression of the tumor. The developed method of treatment of patients with locally distributed primary inoperable RHZ significantly increases the survival rate of patients without progression by 15.17% and increases the overall rate of their 5-year survival by 10.48%.
