The purpose of the work is to increase the efficiency of treatment of patients with malignant tumors of the chest cavity through the development of new methods of complex treatment. During the course of the research, the following methods have been developed: the method of using neoadjuvant polychemotherapy and dendritic cell vaccination in the treatment of patients with non-small cell lung cancer of the IWI-III stages - the median survival rate in patients receiving neoadjuvant PCT and postoperatively DK-autovaccine was 35 , 1 month, and in patients receiving only neoadjuvant PCT - 23,4 months. The method of treatment of patients with malignant tumors of the mediastinum with the use of magnetic therapy according to the main characteristics of the pathological process (histological structure, localization, tumor prevalence) is developed. The most effective treatment approaches are integrated and combined, in which radical tumor removal is facilitated by neoadjuvant chemotherapy and / or radiation therapy, and the use of individualized treatment techniques makes it possible to maintain the ability to work in more patients. With the use of the developed method of comprehensive treatment of patients with middle and lower extremity carcinoma of the thoracic esophagus, which combines the course of neoadjuvant radiochemistry, in particular selective (intraarterial) and radical surgical interventions, one-year survival compared with traditional standard treatment regimens increased from 55.82% to 80.98%, and two-year - from 33.1% to 55.8%, respectively. The developed method of perioperative treatment of patients with gastric cancer with spread to the esophagus using the multimodal program "Fast Track Surgery" allows to shorten the postoperative stay of the patient in the hospital from 12 to 7 days, and with the application of the latest laparoscopic surgical techniques, reduction of postoperative inpatient treatment can be achieved approximately for the first day.
