The purpose of the work is to increase the efficiency of treatment and improve the quality of life of patients of reproductive age for cervical cancer by developing and improving methods of diagnosis and organo-preservation treatment. Methods of research - clinical, clinical-laboratory, beam, morphological, ultrasound, statistical. The organ-saving operations of tracheletomy types A, B, C (102 patients were treated) and double cervical conisations (treatment of 108 patients) was developed, improved and classified in patients with reproductive age, depending on the size of the tissues removed and the parameters of the cervix with preservation fertility and reproductive function of the patient. The indications for the tracheletomy operation in patients with cervical cancer are determined and an algorithm for diagnosis and organ-preserving treatment of patients with cervical cancer is developed. The studied and systematized colposcopic signs of the initial invasive cervical cancer. The indications and contraindications for carrying out organ-saving operations in patients with cervical cancer of reproductive age have been determined and the algorithm of conducting diagnostic and treatment interventions has been developed, namely: in patients with cervical cancer Tis-T1a in the first stage, a double conic excision of the cervix with double control of the cut (type 1 or 2). Three variants of the distribution of the atypical epithelium in the cervical cancer at the arch and the vaginal wall were established, conditions and indications for conducting combined organ-saving operations in patients with cervical cancer were defined: double conzinatisation of the cervix in variant 1, and operations of tracheletomy of types A and V. C with 2 and 3 clinical options. The immediate results of the application of the developed types of organo-saving operations indicate 100% conservation of the generative. reproductive and fertile functions in patients with cervical cancer, the quality of life in patients after the developed techniques is likely to be higher compared with the traditional ones.
