Histochemical studies of generative and vegetative organs of plants of the genus Lysimachia L. The qualitative and quantitative composition of fatty acids that accumulate in the flowers of plants Lysimachia nummularia L has been developed. The peculiarities of adaptation of in vitro cloned Lysimachia nummularia L. plants to in situ conditions have been studied. A technique for the adaptation of in vitro cloned Lysimachia nummularia L. plants to ex vitro conditions has been developed. The method makes it possible to obtain genetically stable, disease-free regeneration plants with an optimally formed root system and a vegetative mass. The methods of rooting ex vitro are developed - combining the stages of rooting and adaptation. The ecology of pollination of species of the genus Lysimachia L. have been studied.
