The purpose of the work is to formulate common conceptual foundations for the implementation and development of digital accounting of cultural heritage objects in Ukraine, development of national metadata schemes. Method of research: analysis, verification and formalization of accounting processes, analysis and formalization of attributes of description of monuments, modeling. Results: an analysis of the current procedure for the registration cultural heritage objects, a formalized model of basic accounting processes was developed, analyzed international (European) metadata standards for the description, accounting and presentation of cultural heritage objects, developed metadata schemes (xml-schemes "HED"). Implementation: the formalized model of accounting processes and unified metadata schemas (xml-schemes "HED") is a necessary basis for modernizing the accounting of cultural heritage objects, providing multi-level electronic interaction in the field of cultural heritage protection. Thus, the results of the work are presented in two professional workshops on memorabilia topics in Kyiv (21.11.2017) and Kharkiv (12.12.207).
