The object of study - documentation in cultural property. Subject of study: the adequacy of the documentation to be laying for SFD to store information about cultural values. Objective: To study the requirements for classification of cultural values to those records that are subject to SFD laying KC and the definition of adequate documentation. Research methods - theoretical (analytical research, comparison, generalization), analytical graphics using IDEF0. Models: descriptive, graphic, IDEF0. The novelty (and the utility progressive) research work is in the public system SFD for the first time on the basis of the principles defined and scientifically grounded signs of cultural property records on that subject laying SFD to KC; requirements for evaluating the adequacy of the documentation of cultural property; requirements for preparation and sending of documents on cultural values to special institutions to lay SFD to KC; recommendations on the adequacy of the documentation to be laying SFD to KC.
