It has been shown that the precession of magnetization in the AFM leads to the emergence of a strong dipole radiation that can be used to create practical miniature generators of terahertz radiation. According to an analysis made of this power is greater than 1 mW at a frequency of 500 GHz for the structure of hematite (?-Fe2O3) / platinum located in the dielectric resonator with dimensions of 470 mm ? 50 nm ? 97 mm, dielectric constant ? = 10 and Q = Q 750. A series of magnetic multilayer nanostructures Ta (5)/Py(3)/Mn80Ir20(12)/Cu(6)/Py (dFM) / Al (4) with a different thickness of the ferromagnetic layer (Py = Ni80Fe20) dFM = 3, 6, 9, 12, 15 nm were manufactured by the magnetron deposition. The method of ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) revealed that in such a system dynamic interlayer exchange due to spin pump in a nonmagnetic layer in the process of FMR is induced, which causes the appearance of an additional contribution to the magnetic damping constant of the system and leads to the expansion of the FMR line.
