A collection of biological material and clinical data of patients with breast cancer and ovarian cancer as well as the DNA collection were created. The methods for analysis of the heterozygosity loss of the HLA marker regions and the mutations in BRCA1, BRCA2 and interleukin genes (IL1B, IL6, IL10), that may lead to an alteration of the immune response, and may be associated with the severity of the oncological disease and decreased sensitivity to therapy, have been developed and worked out. The estimation of heterozygosity and informativeness of STR-markers from genomic HLA loci on the DNA samples of a control group of conditionally healthy individuals was performed.
